Connect Other Scanners

STRAUMANN

Straumann SIRIOS Scanner

There are two methods in which you can send your Straumann dental scans to The Dental Lab.

You can use the Straumann AXS platform to send files directly to The Dental Lab, or your may export the scan files (typically a .stl file type) to send it via email.

METHOD 1:

  • Establish a connection with ‘The Dental Lab’ through the “Connections” tab in the platform.
  • Create a new case from within the AXS platform
  • Select ‘The Dental Lab’ in the “Send to” section.
  • You can now sent the case with the scan attached.

METHOD 2:

  • Export the scanned files using the “Export Scan” option to a .stl file type.
  • Sent the files via a shared folder, email to [email protected]
